I've been feeling pretty bad for a few days now but last night things finally came to a head.
I cried non stop for about 6 hours last night, cried so much that it hurt.
I keep waking at around 3am with vivid images of suicide and horrible thoughts.
Since last night I have been able to picture myself dying. Picture my funeral, what I would wear.
I just feel that suicide has become an option and I don't know what to do.
