I don't even really know how to describe what i am feeling...just that it's pretty lonely here in my head. i feel cold and desolate, pretty non existent and just straight out disconnected from everything.
considering going inpatient i just don't know what to do anymore.
i have all these plans of getting some help but i know it will just all fall apart.
i'll get distracted, or too busy or too worried.
i'm a mess and can't get my head straight..it's going so fast!!! i wish it would slow down. all this breathing slow...its not doing shit. it's like i'm so far down, what's the point?

Here is my new brother, copper :) He's so tiny! Moo and Tuck were ok with him on first meeting. Rocket due to his severe aggression will never meet Cooper.

i talked in a chat with a few other people last night and also sent out some emails to some supports. eventually i fell asleep, i feel much better today, although I am not taking any chance and I am calling my former therapist and psychotherapist to help me out.
