I sometimes hang out on a question and answer website and I see some of the most rediculous reasons that people give for thinking they are Bipolar but this one took the cake.
"I bought a mood ring and it keeps changing from the happy color to the sad color..... I don't even feel like I'm sad but it says so..... does this mean I have Bipolar Disorder? Should I see a doctor?"
I know Bipolar is misunderstood (and I know people are stupid) but jeez........
What stupid reasons have you heard from people who THINK they are Bipolar?

I find myself going places in the car and not wanting to get out of the car. I come back home and I don't want to get out of the car. I think it's the only time I spend reflecting. Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!
