Yesterday was incredibly stressful for me. I was irritable but self-assured, confident, and able to hold myself together. Now today I'm an absolute nervous wreck. Is it weird for a stressful event to effect your mood the next day? I'm not on medication yet (going tomorrow for them). What can I do to chill out? I'm jittery, nervous, and feeling a little paranoid. Any ideas on how to counteract it?

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!

Bear in mind stress will affect and set off things in healthy people too.
First would be to accurately pin point where it comes from.
If you get a BP diagnosis, then meds will help alot.
If it is something else, I'm not sure.
