Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

But those meds you mentioned all can come back and bite you in the rear, if you stop them cold turkey .
Best , call your Pdoc , let him know you stopped the meds...and get advice on how to re-start
And it doesn't sound like you are on too many meds. Each of those meds mentioned , serve a specific need in the brain
Good luck !
As far as doses - its not so much that some people "need more because they are worst" we need more (especially me) because it all depends on how fast your liver gets rid of the drug. If you liver is fast, you need higher dosages to be effective at a theaupitc or working level.... It is a mistake to think a higher dosage or amount of pills is because "how bad/sick we are" each person's body is different in symptons to liver flushing itself quick or slow...
((((BIG HUG)))) Sometimes going off meds will mess up how well they work - you really need pdoc and care to get them back in your system! You are in withdrawl, crashing, and then to re-introduce them back after days - can make you worse too! Please go to the pdoc or ER quicker, rather then later....
((((BIG HUG)))) We have all been where you are - I have learned, going off meds, because I don't think they are working - usually means they are working and I don't notice them... Changing our thoughts that make us want OFF meds - coping skills to accept taking meds, and working on getting better - instead of worse...
We are here for you!!!!!
I agree to call you pdoc ....I think most of us are on a cocktail... Hopefully getting back onto them will nip it in the bud
Big hug of comfort for you....x
no judgement here....i've been there myself. sending hugs, and hoping you'll make an emergency call to your doctor.
((HUGS)) Good luck seeing the pdoc.
