So many people, when they learn I am depressed, they ask me why I am so depressed. If they don't know about bp, I just relate some recent trauma - whatever comes to mind.

If they even have a clue, I say, "No reason. Just depressed."

If they know me well enough to know I'm a beeper, it's "I'm a beeper, therefor, I don't need a reason."

I don't know you, but I do know BP pain

People that don't suffer from depression just don't understand and, I walked out of the house and walked and cried for two hours, but I did feel better after the walk. try walking I found that it can help with stress. I will send good thoughts your way hang in there.
