Anybody awake. I'm going on the fourth day here. Can't seem to sleep so I just keep working. Programming....like it is my masterpiece. I'm obsesivily on a roll...Weird stuff, up for four days and not tired at all, it's crazy I know. I'm obsessed with this stupid program. I've been like programming for 36 hours straight. Haven't even got anything to eat I just keep going like the energizer bunney.
What r u programming ?
I assume that you might be in a manic state. R u out of p-medication ? did u stop takeing your meds ? Do u have your p-medication ?
I need for u to go to kitchen & make a least 2 slices of toast. Even thought your not hungry. Eat the toast. Take at least 3 gulps of milk or juice. Absolutely no alcohol. I'm waitting....I'm humming while I wait... It only takes at max 15 minutes to do that. I'm waiting....
It a must that u eat. If you have your p- medication, take it. I will wait....
If your out of your medication, call your P-Dr. request that she/he phone in script to the phramacy that you use. A P-nurse that works w your P- Dr can assist in getting your meds. have some one to take u to go get your meds,if needed. sorry but the last thing that u need to do is drive. I advise against doing so- driveing that is.
I'm bk. I smelt coffee so I went to kitchen to get a 1/2 cup.
I personnally would call my P-Dr. request medication & a follow up appt. I would also get someone to take me to ER. Call taxie or 911, if no one available for transportation.No excuses, just do it. Hospitals have on staff P-Dr's, P-Nurses... that will work w your Dr's &/or thy-pist.The hospital may have p-medication.They might provide u with a mini sleep vacation. They can help you.
I'm still waiting for u to get & eat some toast....
even throght u can't sleep, maybe u could/should lay down & rest your body for at least 30ty minutes.don't allow yourself to talk yourself out of getting to ER.
I will do just about anything to get n take my meds. I know where u are, been there myself afew times. don't ever want to go there again, so I take my meds on time.I must admit I needed a mini vacation at hospital.Did wonders.
