Starting to see the changes

Ive never noticed when my moods would change, but today I noticed the depressed mood swing and hours later I noticed the Upper mood swing. Why am I seeing it now, but never did before? But i have to say, this upper mood is AMAZING, I never want it to end. I feel so refreshed and happy and care free, and I feel like I could run around the world 3 times and never stop! Its great, I love it!

i had the problem of thinking people were lying about me as i was un aware of my behavior but now i am and to be truthfull i wish iwasent as life is now crap

l agree with the others be careful and be aware too that a manic high kills brain cells it may feel good but the cost is forever

I love that place too. I don't really like seeing it coming though. I've only recently become aware, truly aware, of the pattern.

Like I knew well before this depression hit me that it was coming because I'd gone through the lovely place you are now, to the uncontrollable higher place, to the mixed bag of crap to this low down piece of crap.

I hope your good place lasts for awhile because to me that's the ideal place to live.

Glad you are enjoying it. But be careful. I tend to like the high feeling (not being on drugs or anything) but sometimes I annoy myself.
