starting to feel some slight anger

wow starting to feel something should be happy but I'm not

I found out my favorite corner store is no longer open. Now I have to walk 5 blocks more to get snacks and cigarettes. or toilet paper or trash bags.


Oh crap feelings gone already, I'm still inconvenienced though. Some times I think the universe is against me!

Its always the small things that get to me l hate going out so l need local shops to be very local if they closed down l would hate it too, l don't mind walking into town though but l'm not a city girl at the moment, l've forgotten what Westminster looks like...sighs...l bet the london eye looks amazing at night now with all the lights and the tree has gone up.

I use to live right in the city it was really convenient. But now I live towards the outer edge where it's starting to resemble the suburbs. I don't mind walking but sometimes I just need something close by for the little things. I walk all the way to the grocery store which is a 30 min walk from my house and I even carry the bags usually a limit of 2.

there is a turkyhill but its about half way between my house and the grocery store, so it's more inconvenient to go there. Where as the corner store is bam right next to my house! Its great if I just wanted a soda. or cigarettes or if stupid me forgot toilet paper. Now I guess I'm just SOL.

l would love a 24hr shop to be down the road l fancy some crisps lol

where I live hardly anything is 24 hours not even the turkey hill, It closes at 10. The grocery store is only 24 hours during the summer. surprisingly the McDonald dining room is open til 11. sweet I know!

ok as the shops are closed and l couldn't get to them without skis right now l made popcorn

Yeah popcorn sounds good. As for myself I really wanted a cookie at the time, so I had to walk down to the turky hill to get one. Then I wanted to go to mcdonalds but I didn't lock my door as I only thought I was going to the corner store. And mcdonalds would have left my humble abode unprotected for too long so I had to go home. Probably for the better as I'm limited on cash and need to conserve. So I made scrambled eggs instead.

Do you guys walk everywhere? Most everything here is 24 hour, but too far to walk.

yep l can walk to three different sets of shops and walk into town on a good day l could walk to work but don't know if l could make it back after a hard days work

yeah I walk or take the bus. I did have a car not too long ago but it finally died and I am too poor to get another one. Actually I have no income right now.
