started smoking AGAIN!

I started smoking again out of stress. I know it's effecting my meds I can tell.

I did switch from old fashion cigs to electronic cigarettes. I just don't want to do the real cigarettes any more.

I'm a wreck and a bundle of nerves. I don't know how much more I can take.

Great big hug for you sweetie.... Have you seen your doc??.... Perhaps some therapy can help you work through this doorknob??... Maybe help you with some healthier boundaries and working through the hurt....

Thank you. I am seeing my doctor tomorrow. I will let him know about the electronic cigarettes as I think it may effect my medications not sure.

I probably do need therapy. I'll look into it I guess.

i am a smoker myself i know what your talking about and i sympathize with you its one of the worst habits to pick up because its so hard to quit and so easy to slip back into for a multitude of reasons from stress to boredom and it does affect meds in very negative ways sometimes upping the dose is the only way to mitigate the damage

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
