i think i am as stable as i am going to get i have not had a major episode for years and i still have my cylcles every week but they stay the same do not get out of hand i do not experience msome of the symptoms that others have posted about i do not feel ectreme anxiety or have bad voices same as usual they talk i talk we have conversatioons the money spending is still constant but i do not overspend blow it all most of the time i control my diet just sleep and eating enopugh is a problem but these things may be addressed with therap[y i plan on starting i never gave it a chance i am a private person and their mnosey questions irritate me i lose my temper and there it goes out the window i will try and just avoid talking about what i do not want to talk about and if they insist then it is over i am on a steady cycle hypomania and mild depression so i guess meds do work about as much as they are going to

If you believe that you're pretty stable and if you're feeling comfortable with where you are then that's a good thing
I have always struggled with spending as well.... Therapy can give you some great coping skills
It's not about people trying to be 'nosey' just to understand the areas that you're struggling in, in order to address them and help you find tools to help you to cope better
