I am loving this combination! I have been at a STABLE happy (not elated to the point I'm compulsive or unproductive) for FIVE straight days, now!! I just wanted to share in case it would be helpful to somebody else :)

Everyone's brain and emotions are unique. There are no one-size-fits-all cures for mental illness. One drug does wonders for one person but really stinks for someone else. When I was placed on Depakote, I absolutely hated it! It made me nauseated, depressed, and after a time, very angry! Depakote is an anti-convulsant. It is meant for people who have epilepsy. Then some doctors got the bright idea that it should be good for bipolar. Never again, not for me! But I'm glad for you if it has helped. As for St. John's Wort, never used it, as I do tend toward mania.

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner.
