totaly angy at myself for my behavion concering money and the saving it or not  and the way i spent my whole saved last month and it is happening again feeling it today have to have to



trying to stop myself all i am doing is smoking cig after cig the only way i can avoid it is to sit outside and talk to the people going by all i can do

bywena, I think you are doing a good thing for yourself by trying to be social during a time of feeling out of control about spending. Socializing is good for all of us and also I think will especially help you heal from this passage.

Bywena, thank you for posting! That sounds really frustrating. Please keep in mind that you are doing the best you can from one day to the next, and don't be so hard on yourself. How does getting mad at the situation serve you? (In my case at least, it might prevent me from feeling helpless)

things seelling down i did spend some money but a small amount just enough to relieve the way i felt

will save this month even if i break the bank a friend said that so what if i spend money and am living month to month i am getting pleasure from the crafts so what one of my therapist said the same thing i could be out robbing someone this way i am not hurting anyone

Bywena if you're keeping cash (the money your saving) in the house where it's easily accessible, then odds are you're going to spend it. the only way you'll truly save it is to put it somewhere that you can't easily get to it, like a savings account. Keeping cash at home with you where you can just take it out and spend it is way too much of a temptation.

olderper actually it it is better i do not have a car so i cannot spend as much in an account i have money to spend on the internet amazon michaels i hope that i do that it costs deliver or wait and the cab is way too much as long as i keep that thought in my head i should spend lessi know that i will save just how much trying to stop and wait for the drive to go away thanks i think it will work be aware and this site helps

Big hug by..... I think sitting outside and talking to people that go by is a nice thing to do.... Getting fresh air and being social

The only way I think that you won't use Amazon if that's your weak place is to remove your card number if they keep it on and not have your card easily accessible

suncloud yes i took them all out i nam citting 2 up and i will not be able to use them i never wrote the account number down i do not need them so that will hekp
