Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
I think Tommy is right, you might try your doc or a crisis line.

Hang on, keep venting - we're here for you!!!!
I did go to walk to one of my favorite caf'e today though. one...to get out of the house....and two..I thought if I drank enough pepsi it might tip my blood sugar racing so low that I could at least take a nap.(I'm hypoglycemic) it worked. I slept for 3 hours once I got home.(although I probably looked drunk walking home)
so now that I'm up I think I can handle somthing...I think.
I would urge you to call a doctor. You don't need to go to a hospital but you should have a med adjustment of some kind if you are having this much difficulty. Plus I'm worried about your health over all not just mental. Perhaps your hypoglycemia is effecting your mood as well?
I know that some psych meds can effect your blood sugar levels but you really should be on something to help with the depression.
Good luck I hope you feel well tomorrow. Try to take it easy for now.
