Are about my leg and arms hurtting..well i feel better much better now..docter said i have ..um poping out veins theres a name i just forgot what it was called..and my cest huurting must be my tits being sore(that time of the month) i got my docter to check see if he heard anything wrong..Nope. so not soo worried now
realized i have high blood pressure and ur spossed to avodie slat/sodium. haha well im on a sodium basied mood stablizer.i have been thinking i need to get my pills looked at for a long time by an p-doc(the kinda that can reajuest pills)
I only have a G.P that gives me meds..and a p-doc the kind that only talks,she helps alot!
she said tho im 20 i should get my mum to come in to help me deman he(my gp) gets me a p-doc to look at my meds. He always says no..I still havent told him about my p-doc i just talk to. i think he'll be upset but if my mums there i think he wont get so upset..I can hope. Well Thanks for ur alls help lately

psychiatry is a very specialized, and (thanks to the brainchem and meds involved) fast-moving field.
how can your gp stop you from getting a pdoc who will play the full role of a dx'ing/px'ing pdoc...?
and if he can somehow related to insurance...GET ANOTHER GP.
sometimes it's hard break through and take an active role in our own healthcare, but these days, it's such a must to ask a lot of questions, inform ourselves outside of the doctor's office, and even challenge/change our docs when we feel it necessary.
the pdoc relationship is extremely important to your overall mental health, and a general is just that. a general. pdocs have specific knowledge and experience. imho you should start looking asap for a pdoc who has expertise with your specific condition(s), as well as one that you have a good rapport with.
after all, this is your brain ya'll are messin' around with...
