Funny enough I work as a Mental Health Counselor in a hospital.. But I feel world crumbling benith me! I'm just trying to stay afloat! I struggle with alochalism ! Pain meds... my rapid cycling ... trying to keep my family together.  Which is falling apart! I just cant do it!! I was diagnosed over 10 years ago.  It was really bad when I  was younger. Now it seems I'm falling apart again

I agree a good place to start would be going to counseling and meetings to tackle the alcohol and drug issues first. Also, see a Doctor that works with Bi-Polar issues. I wish you luck.
