so i haven't been sleeping much lately so i went out to target and picked up some diphenhydramineHCI its sleep aid 25mg each and i have been wondering if its a good idea to take pills like these to help m sleep or if they will only make things worse in the long run because i read some of the side effects and it includes insomnia witch i already have a very bad case of anybody know anything?

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!

just really watch closely how many you've had.. i think i had 20+ 25mg pills/tablets, which does seem like a lot, and like it could be obvious not to take so much...
but if you become manic and are trying to slow everything down quickly, it is definitely possible to make that mistake.
