I was just curious if this is something us bpers do every now and then. I have not had many manic episodes in a while. I take vitimans and try to maintain a healthy diet. It seems I sleep at least 13 hours a day or more. Does anyone else every do this?
right now, i am having trouble sleeping.. i'm lucky if i get 2-3hrs a night.

2 x 15 tog Duvets on top, cook for 10 hours on one side then turn over :-)
