I can't sleep tonight Ive tried 3 sleep relaxation programmes
My stomachs In a knot my mind is whirring
I wish I. Didn't exist
Why do I exist
My inner realities are distorted
My footing is uneven
Energetic mind lethargic body
Just a clash of the internal and external
My thoughts are like a disease draining all of my strength
Hair is falling out skin is dry and cracked and spotty
Can't stop eating
My thoughts are like a glass of lava that once
Painfully swallowed refills
The never ending self stimulated torture

--check with a doc about hormonal issues
My daughter had to get an MRI done once for stuff that was happening hormonally actually. I guess that the human body is all tied together.
As well, psychologically it is a good idea to have some clear goals and not to let anyone get in your way when you have a direction in life.

Lol A I've got 43pence in my bank. And that's all I'll have for a long time. Went on "holiday" in may with a "friend" was the most stressful experience.
