i do not think i will sleep 2 or 3 hours a day for a lonvg time 


sleeping habits are becoming worse because of no exercise even going food shopping i order it online 


before i used to carry over 100.00 worth of food on my back for half a mile



i have been sleeping in the morning and doing crafts the rest of the time



i have tried everything even but they do not work 


i guess this the way it is going to be until my last breath if my body can take the stress

I'm sorry you get such little sleep. How long has this been going on? Do you feel tired all day or do you feel awake? Some people online here only get 4-5 hours of sleep, but they are then awake and functional during the day. How does it affect you? What have you tried? Has your psychiatrist offered any meds to try, like trazodone or something? Are you able to nap during the day? I just woke up from one :-)

Slept all morning into the afternoon

guess my body knows how much it can take and puts the brake on and i sleep

feeling like i can take on capital hill right about now but no big deal

hypomania is better than the depression which i seem to sleep away

so up all night again and may sleep couple hrs tomorrow

nothing for me to do anyway even the weather will not help me to become more stable so we go merrily on our way

I was like this when I was put on an AD... in fact I don't think I did sleep... I rested and 'dozed some and also on Lamictal

I felt good on Lamictal but sleep went out the window..... Big hug.....xo

I am on lamictal and it keeps me hypomanic

This gives me more relief than any of the other meds I have tried so not much they can for
I can't take an antidepressant so there it is
We tried trileptal
whatever and nothing so that's out
