okay I know this is going to sound really stupid, but I'm going to say it anyway I am so damned tired of taking my medication ! I know I take them to keep myself stable, however every time I take them it seems as though I have to take a two-hour nap. I'm not kidding! My Pdoc can't figure out which one it is making me so sleepy what kind of life cannot have if I sleep all the time. I guess I did get a job in a mattress factory!

No, that is typical. It took me 20 years for a med that worked and 35 years to learn to accept myself for who I am. I am 43.

I had same problem. doc said depressed people sleep alot, next time complained said Chronic Fatiqe Syndrom. Eventually sleep study.Now I use the mask at night & take 3 amphetamine 20mg am also take 10mg 4 times a day. this is generic for Adderall. Also take 2 20mg Strattera every morning. diagnosed hypersomnia. Iam 57 wished I had gotten this help years ago. This ill makes bi-polar that much worst if left untreated.

Same problem here try taking at bedtime it helped me.

I am not sure why you are sleepy all the time, but you should work passed it soon. Sleep well (((((HUG))))

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
