good morning..
I haven't been sleeping well these past few weeks since my meds changed.. not sure why not..
I also just finished paying off my fall tuition for school, I'm now broke, my bills are all paid, but I legit have $50 to my name until the 29th.. I have money in savings, but I didn't wanna take away from my spring semester tuition.
the good news is that my fiancé booked us a trip for the first week of November, which is a good thing because I was about to snap at work and not in a good way.
I haven't been to therapy in about a month, stuff has been way rough, I haven't even had a real session since July. It's all been intake paperwork. I'm over it.
I stopped drinking so much caffeine and yet I'm still not getting enough sleep, any tips?

Happy start-of-the-week!!!! I have work in a couple hours. Rocket is being a stinker over here refusing to finish his breakfast which is most unusual. I will give him a few millk bones before I have to leave for work and some kibble in his bowl. What is something you are looking forward to? For me, I am look forward to seeing my therapist tomorrow and my prayer meeting is on tuesday

What has helped me with sleeping is taking a deep breath and getting my body to go limp and being mindful of the present moment relaxing. I also sleep with "liquid mind" music from Alexa. I'm glad you have a vacation for November. That should help relieve your stress for a while at least. Best wishes Kayla
It seems like the rest is covered even if you don't have extra.... Looking forward to a nice trip is awesome.... Big hug.....xo
