I am currenly on lamctal, visiril, celexa, buspiradone, and seroquel the side effects from the medications are frustrating at times i have a hectic life and small children not to mention back issues that left me unable to do normal day to day actvities i have done extensive research on all these medicaions and have been in the pyciatric ward twice im thinking of going off my meds im not sure how the side effects would effect me since i have been on these medications awhile....so worried

I would work with your psychiatrist... They want to help you to be stable but also feel as good as you can... I've gained weight on Seroquel as well and have been thinking about talking to my shrink about going off of it...sigh....x
Get to brass tacks with your Pdoc and make them understand how this is affecting your life, and find out what you can change. And if there are meds you can stop, you always taper off of them, never quit psych meds cold turkey because they will have a negative effect on you and every other psych med you take.
