I swear I know I need some sleep but if I never sleep again it will be too soon! practically all I did all day was sleep and I'm still tired. I push myself to stay awake and it makes me feel even more tired!

I can't live like this any more this is barely even a life! I'd like to accomplish something! Any thing! I'd be happy with just completing some projects but I have not been in the mood to do much of anything.
I actually want to do the hobbies I use to enjoy so much but my attention is crap! I can't focus on anything for very long at all. Books for get it I can't pay attention to them. I'm tired all the time and sleep my life away.

I can't take much more of this! I want my life back! I want some mania please! Even a bunch of half finished projects is half productive, right now I'm at 0 productivity. Why am I even alive if all I can do is sleep? There's no point to it! I might as well be dead.

My responsibilities are also failing. My son has a graduation ceremony in june and I should be planning something. Now my aunt is bugging me about summer activities and I can't pay attention to her. But I can't tell her that either! What am I suppose to do my life is falling apart while I sleep it away!

I'd go to the hospital except I'm not suicidal. I know they wont take me. But I sure do feel like crap right now.

Sorry to hear you are doing so badly. Not sure what to suggest except my usual litany about eating well, and exercising. But getting out of the house to move may well be beyond your ability.

i know that when i was really down i used to force myself to run the car thru one of those car wash things, it made me feel like doing something bit by bit.

I now the feeling its hard. I can never go to the hosptial cuz I dont get suicidal..knock on wood THANK GOD..so much for that.it will pass just keep thinking that.

I use to get two weeks of up and two weeks of down so I could plan around the down. But I haven't had energy for a couple of months now. I don't know why.

i'm sorry you're feeling like this. i get periods of severe inactivity, and it makes me feel awful. had to stop certain meds to get some semblance of a life and creativity back.

I hear you knobby. It will eventually lift, you know you wont stay down forever. But what can't be cured must be endured.

I know exactly how you feel. I seem to be forever asleep. I wake up ,stagger downstairs and fall asleep again on the sofa. It takes me all day to get washed and dressed. I put it down to my meds but I would really like to claw some excitement back into my stale life.
