I can see that you are concerned for his feelings, particularly, related to him not becoming a father. If you mutually decide that you want to proceed, there are other ways besides sex to become a father.

You know those Maury segments that pull the paternity test bullshit. They anger me and mainly because those moronic people sit there on public TV arguing who and who is not the parent and it saddens me because some day the child in question is going to see that show - it will be on the net soewhere and realize that out of 7 men that could have been her/his father not one of the was really willing to claim to be. What child needs that knowledge. I say this for two reasons one to say in response to Sunnie's statement while yes I do agree to an extent how one is concieved is really not your business I ean not the physical aspect of it at least. My children will NEVER know how they came to be as not their business and why create an issue where one doesn't have to be. I also said this tho to say that I think what you are doing crested with your partner and this female couple is awesome no matter how, in the end, the baby is concieved and all the child ever needs to know is that she/he has 2 moms and 2 dads that love him/her very much.
Issues of visitation,child support, who carries the health insurance ,schooling..lots of things to take into consideration.
Once you have discussed all the issues,having a child could be great for you two
