My name is vader and i am a 61 year old short Italian woman.I have had a good life..and now I am
enjoying it.But here is a subject that is close to me and something that happened to a very dear friend in the 1970s...he was jailed for abuse and for some reason..noone believed him.He was always a very quiet guy..in fact...he never spoke when we dated. He would go days at a time without talking and frankly..I was getting worried.I didnt see him for quite some time and one day he came over.He had a Harley Motorcyle then and he told me and my brother that he was in jail for 5 years for a crime that he didnt do.But so other people arent lucky you see and the numbers are staggering. Some people are innocent and they dont have the money to prove their innocence..especially some teenagers.Do you know that some teenagers are in jail all because they are bi polar? They had an article in seattle here and once i read it..I want to know why.Why are people locking up people who have a mental disorder? This was done in Charles Dickens day.
But apparently some judges dont have the info or the compassion to help these kids. What happened to my friend..he was accused of abuse and it was the worse kind.He always had a rocky relationship with his parents and in 1965 at the age of 18...
he left home..This was unheard of..but it was just too much for him and since I have known his
since 1954...I have always trusted his judgement.
What happened to him is a gothic nightmare and
he told me the story. In 1975...he and his wife
were seriously injured in an accident and tbere
was noone left to take care of his children. He
felt at this time..it would be safe it they were
in my town. His wifes parents didnt want to do it b
because they were recently retired and he respected that they told him.His parents were
shocked. They havent heard from him in a long time
They didnt even know that he was married but they
wanted to bridge the gap and instead of doing this
they created it.The first thing that his mother
did was listen to all of his phone calls. She was
always nosy(belive me) I know her and she didnt
like the way that he was raising his child. The
next thing that his parents did was to baptize
his child and tried to convert her. They also
were telling his child very bad things about the
races and such and he didnt know this because he was in traction in the hospital. When he came home'
the child told him and he said nomore. He told his
parents that he that couldnt see the child anymore. He told them that it was working and noone
has the right to read his mail nor listen to his conversations. He got the child and left.A few months later.,.he got a leter in the mail that he was being sued.It was Grandparents rights.she said
but this woman was just horrible. So the abuse
charge started and no one in law enforcement
saw this bogus charge. This lady wanted control.
She wanted total ownership..regardless of the
fact that he has lived his life away for almost
20 years....but something happened to my friend.he
He began to have serious problems..Thats when
he started to shoplift and having fights. He started to miss work and then he all of this bogus
charges that nearly destroyed his life and this
shoplifting was brought out at the trial. Why?Cant the judge see what a pain in the///////his
mother really was? Cant judges understand that
when shoplifting starts late in life it means
that something is lacking but sometimes a teenager
goes thru rough times and it is rough today. The
girls have to be super perfect...And crying
and skipping school is a sign of depression.I know.
I was there.end of story.more of him soon.vader.
