Well I saw my pdoc today, and one of her collegues she was showing me off too. She had another patient she said who happens to be in my group sessions as well who came to her excited about the mood graphs I had shared with everyone in group. She said before she was glad I was using them and had shared them with other doctors. It made me feel great!!!
I get my graphs from lamictal.com and they are specifically designed for BP I but she said they wok great for her depressive patients too.
Just thought I'd share..tim

How do you get them? I've never wanted to do any but my moods are changing more rapidly.

I've never been able to motivate/discipline myself to use them myself. I 've tried several times, but when I'm feeling okay I dont want to be bothered, and when I'm depressed, I can't manage it. My doctor finally quit asking for it.

we had discussed in group how some of us have found that we try to develope routines to keep us feeling like we are behaving normal. I had to fight to get my self to get in the routine of graphing my moods and my blood pressure but when i was on steroids a while back i had to check my sugar all the time and realized how having the routine even made me feel normal and having accomplished something each day
