It works for me. It takes time to wake up in the morning, i usually can't drive for an hour or so when i get up.
I think the worst side effect for me is the nightmares.
It may have already have been said but, are you taking all your Seroquel at night? If not, try that. It'll help you sleep and maybe that longer period while sleeping will reduce the sluggishness while you are awake in the morning. I've been on it a long time so I can't recall whether the sluggishness abates with time. For me, even with the 800mg Seroquel at night plus two other night meds -I wake up completely "awake" in the morning - it's just how I metabolise Seroquel I guess.
