I've been on seroquel about 3/4 week now. (50mg slow release for one week and 100mg slow release since)
I went to see my MH specialist yesterday and i don't know why but i felt angry with her and the whole situation. It seems so pointless seeing her at the moment. She just checks on how the meds are going. But i'm not the type to tell everything to anyone. So i just grumble pointless answers. I travel half an hour to go see her to speak with her about 10 mins. Why can't she just call or text?
I'm fed up with the meds though. SO fed up with them. I mean, they've helped me in the sense i haven't seen anything in a while and any delusions are gone. I haven't had any intrusive thoughts either. But sometimes they go for a while anyway without meds and then pop up again.
But then, i feel so empty and flat on them. I'm not happy. I just feel flat. Depressed almost.
So because i was so angry about everything i skipped last nights dose.
I had a TERRIBLE night's sleep. I was waking up constantly. Where as when i have my seroquel my sleep is coma like.
I'm not sure weather to take tonight's dose if only for the sleep i'll get or whether to stop so i can feel again. Just get used to restless nights until i see anyone again.
Anyway - what's your opinion on what i should do?

I find myself going places in the car and not wanting to get out of the car. I come back home and I don't want to get out of the car. I think it's the only time I spend reflecting. Chronic tiredness from Long Covid plus the immunosupressing meds for my Crohn's is slowing me down but everything just seems a massive effort. I am dealing with the paperwork following my father's death but it's not...

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!

Chances are you will adapt and be less sleepy in time. If not, then talk to them about it and ask for a change in meds.
Unfortuanately it's likely you will have to go in - it's just the way things work
Give the meds a chance. Please.
