Yeah the clocks got set back, the daylight is fading, I get bummed out...Not too badly this year so far. I go to the gym a bunch at this time of year, I walk a lot to as a way of coping. How are you all managing?
C'mon let's check in and get that group hug thing going!

I'm doing okay. It's been a pretty sunny late November, so not feeling the dull grey angst. I really hope it continues. Makes it easy to forget the season when I can wear shorts out.
Big squishy group hug.....xoxo
I’ve been staying pretty busy with a family schedule that has me running around from activities here and there and continual housework. If needed, I have to get some rest, I do slow down and do that.
The time time took about a week to adjust to this time change, but was all good after that.
That’s awesome about all the exercise May!
I wish it wasn’t so cold out or I would walk more.
Glad you're doing well.
Good to see you. Glad to read the legs are working and helping body/mind. Yes, the early 'dark' sky is a challenge, as is the cold weather. Lots of inside projects are helping me to cope...one day at a time...along with a new routine for daily living helps too. Thinking just being kind to myself is my ticket to mental health wellness. Take good care, hoping all is well where you live, concerned with the weather forecasts!!, Big (Hugs) Right Back At ya :) ml
My Mom used to say that the darkness was my friend, warm and inviting. This is the time of year when I am thankful for a warm home, as well as countless other blessings.
