As most of you know Will is going to starting his Hep C treatment on Monday. Well we are both a bundle of nerves over it because it's just plain going to suck!!!
I know this topic is going to be all over the place....but you are my friends and we need you all right now for support. We are keeping busy, I with my crafts and Will doing his things....staying as active as we can and also talking to one another. It's been crazy with his health problems from the Cpap to the IBS and then phlebitis.
I am trying my hardest to be strong for the both of us but I feel very scared and anxious. It's so hard seeing someone you love so much suffer with anything. And anyone who knows about the Hep C treatments knows how horrible it all makes a person feel. Our lives change on Monday, for over a year our lives are going to be very different because of these treatments. And Will has always had my back and now I have his. But I will need support from all my friends here and so will he.
Sorry this post is all over the place....I'm riddled with anxiety right now and had to post something because it's driving me nuts today. I am trying to focus on my crafts but feel so out of whack. It's hard to know life is going to change and I know in the end for the better but getting there is going to be the hard part. It's crunch time now ya know??
Thanks for reading and please keep Will in your thoughts and don't forget about me either!!! :-)

Here is my new brother, copper :) He's so tiny! Moo and Tuck were ok with him on first meeting. Rocket due to his severe aggression will never meet Cooper.

Keep your eye on the prize. Or rather the goal..
One of my friends juiced karrots to help his diet through all of this. He drank karrot juise every day. His eye sight improved so much he does not where glasses any more.
If I were you I'd find something to do that you didn't need to focus on.. That may be adding more stress..
Can you put on a movie that's light..maybe a comedy or rent one??
Perhaps take a walk and pay attention to nature or cook supper together...
Sometimes admitting our weaknesses and what isn't within our control I think is showing strength..
I love you both and you're in my thoughts and prayers..xoxo
We are going to need all the support we can get. Will has some awesome docs working with him too and they actually call us back when we leave messages!
Fastmatt, I have read that carrots are great for the eyesight and have lots of good vitamins in them, I can incorporate some carrots into the smoothies that Will and I like to make, great idea!
X, we are sticking together....going to be rough on the both of us as it triggers our anxiety, which is really a normal reaction but with the bp our is a bit more extreme I think.
I will definitely be keeping my eyes on the prize but might need to be reminded every now and again that there is one!!!
Thanks so much to all of you!! ox
I'll keep you guys in my thoughts and prayers. xoxox
I know you may feel helpless, so I send out hugs and wishes of good health and strength for both you and Will.
When I did HepC treatment I was a live in nanny and that family at the end of every week when I did my shot they gave me a card from the whole family, it helped me so much to know I had their support, maybe you can think of something you can do? I have all those cards still today.
I only had to do treatment for 6months, but it was the longest! With you by his side and all your support that's all he will need. In the long run it is all worth it just don't ever let him give up k. All the best.
he's lucky to have you watching his back. you're an awesome lady!
Do NOT hesitate to ask for help...that's why we are here !
Love , Hugs and prayers for you both
