What for I have no idea since they know I am moving and there are boxes every where! I know I should vacuum at least around them but the whole house needs it and I just don't have the energy to do it.
I live in a duplex and my redneck neighbors have trash crawling out both the front and back door and a ton of crap in the yard.
My side - clean and efficient. But I still get so nervous about it. I'm like that though, things other people don't think that much about can wrap me around the axle.
Your space is probably okay. One day I talked to the landlords office and they told me, "you have no idea the kind of stuff we see!" Good luck ((hugs)) don't worry!
Cleanliness and normal wear and tear is not an issue - they have to paint and redo the floors anyway after 4 years....
This is no different then going to the doctor and the nurse taking your blood pressure! Relax, its just doing business!
I always inspect my house and apartments yearly - and always before someone leaves, as your landlord is doing with you! They are not worried about cleaning, they need to make a list of things to do - so they can rerent is ASAP!
An empty rental - is losing money....
IF so they why the fuck should I pay to have them cleaned as they demanded. they didn't paint when I moved in either.
