I knew when I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder that my life would be different. I totally underestimated how difficult it is.
The Pdoc, the primary care doctor, the pharmacist, therapist (s), the hospital, clubhouses, daycare for adults....
I'm sorry that things are not good for you right now but, I know sort of how you feel. There are a million cliches I could write. The truth is our lives are difficult. And its an existence that contain the following: meds, doctors, therapists, and the uncertainty the definition of "normal"
I tell those who cannot possibly understand that it's like being a hole, ten feet under and it's dark and no one around to hear my pleas for help. There is a pinprick of light. Of course when it eventually goes away; there is too much light and I can't trust myself. I'm suddenly hypomanic. I told to exes that I actually love them.
So I decided to share.
