What are your meds like?

I was going to ask the same meds question. Even with meds I still rollercoaster but not as much as I used to. So, what are your meds like?

I am taking Abilify and Pristiq.

Your meds. may need tweaking a bit. Even though my meds. are the right dose I still have up, down & mixed days but I'm just better at getting help for them now if I need to. It's never easy & I'm sure everyone else has these days also. Hope it gets better for you.

I know it can be so frustrating. I still bounce around sometimes, like you, in the middle of the day. It can be so frustrating and feel like you can never get your feet under you.

We have tweaked my meds a lot, and I don't know if that would help you or not, but it does seem to have slowed me down some.

Maybe you need a meds adjustment. I've been on that rollercoaster. I feel for you. I hope things get better soon. ((hug))

make sure you are drinking heaps of water to help the meds work and not eating a lot of sugar. Sometimes you can be effected by diet and not drinking enough 2 -3 litres a day helps me keep stable with meds. Also if you are having caffeine try to limit is as it can dehydrate you. Try this for 2 weeks it really helped me without increasing my meds. Sounds simple but it can help.

I use to have moments thoughout the day that I was taz in a pink dress. I also had moments that I shedded tears.
Mood stablizer works for me. Occassionally I still have 2 to 5 seconds of out burst of tears.
This might be type of med that you wish to speak w your Dr about.
I recall the roller coaster. my friends do too,lol
