Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
This is the second time I'm posting this so I hope that it shows up
Where are you today?.... Can you say a tad about yourself and how you are doing?
I'm Jan and I'm in Toronto just east of the downtown core.... Nice little neighbourhood... I really like where I live... It's close to everything...
It's about zero today although it feels as though it's colder... I am looking forward to Spring
My sinus's have been acting up for a couple of months so that's the pits but otherwise I'm doing well
2020 has been pretty good thus far and for that I am thankful
How're you doing??.... Sending out big squishy hugs....xo

Is here for your viewing pleasure! Mom and I have some errands to run. Camera is up so I can check in on Copper puppy while we are out. Let's see how that goes. How are you today?

Which explains the mysterious fevers and my extra fatigue. I'm so glad I pushed for answers.

Me, I'm in CT and the weather is Crazy...yesterday it was 18 degrees and today it's 40 degrees...climate changes with the world and the destruction of so much and so many lost lives....scary. well I'm trying to focus on gratitude as I do have much to be grateful for in my life. Despite this, I'm in survival mode and have been for nearly a year now...no mojo due to what is happening around me, what I'm not doing that I know I can do and Everything is overwhelming.
Thanking "you" for being you, don't know that bp room would flow as it does without you and your 'sweetie'...brought a smile to my debbie downer face :)
I'm still lurking - silently cheering on school successes , personal victories and good days when folks have them, commiserating with those who are struggling, and just trying to keep up in general.
Life's okay for me, kinda boring. I'm still working, it's still cold here, things just plodding along.
I'm sick. I've spent too much of my life living recklessly and not taking care of my body or mind, and now I suffer like someone much older.
But I still plod along...
Sinus infections are the pits. I hope you feel better soon Jan. Being around zero for anywhere in Canada besides where I live is very unusual. Hope it keeps up for you. Newfoundland is burried in snow.
Saturday we get 50's and sun and the Company is doing a Tradeshow in Raleigh over the weekend so I'll cruise into the City and see how things are going. This is the first time we've done this show and it's not our normal "client markets" so we shall see.
My week is officially over, I'm off to meet my better half for dinner and drinks then home to do much of nothing for the rest of the evening!!!!!!!
I'm so glad that you still pop in MA.... You are one of the oldies like me on here and I miss so many
I'm sorry that you haven't been well.... I hope that you'll feel better soon.....xo
I hear ya Mojo.... Worldwide weather has surely changed.... Newfoundland is scary.... I hope that the grey days and cold will soon lift for you sweetie...xo
I hope that you enjoy some nice days off with your handsome SO Kat.... xo

Mt. Pilot! hehe "Hey Ange, I got to go over to Raleigh from Mt. Pilot".
I'm a student and that takes up most of my life. But when I'm not hitting the books I like to nap lol. I'm doing good, meeting a lot of new people. It's cold and sunny here in the northeast U.S. and I've just started working again!

recovering from a sinus infection, been on anti-biotics like most of us in the UK it seems.
I grew up with the Andy Griffiths show Deck.... I'm showing my age...haha
It's so nice to see you Fish..... What's with all of us having sinus problems..... I hope that you heal really soon..... Big hug.....xo
Andy Griffith was big in our house growing up, but not something I cared to watch. Although the fact that "Opie" is now one of the biggest Producers in Hollyweird is quite a big deal!
I'm in Northern CA where it tends to be foggy and overcast at least that's how the days start and end but in the middle it's been sunny so I can't complain too bitterly..I've been on DS for a good bit it helps me not slip into denial about my Beeper status.
Although it won't be January for that much longer I've been enjoying cleaning and throwing junk out! I want to sew a new top for myself as it's been a while since I've sewn anything and I need something tailored made...
Yes the frustrated artist lives on!
I work part time at a fast food restaurant that's part of a local chain in the Pacific Northwest.
It's difficult but I'm hanging in there.
Big hug Jennifer.....I hear you re rain and SAD.... Do you use a SAD lamp?.... xo
Big hug Lady..... You have been going through a terrible time... I really hope that you can have some relief soon sweetie..... TY for the well wishes......xo
I asked my Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner about using a lamp but she advised against it because it could cause manic episodes in bprs.
