It's Monday for me now. I'm so-so. We're trying to plan a night away and I'm having some trouble with boarding the puppy. I do have a for sure place that we can use that's a single person OR I can have a pet resort MAYBE. They actually have a meet up with the other dogs to see if she's OK with them. She has to have her shots (obviously), but they also want something called canine influenza that I haven't heard of. She may already have it she may not. Anyway, the pet resort setup the meet and greet for 2 days before our night out and now I'm stressing. If she goes through the meet and greet OK, she can to through again and she can go to doggie day care. The timeline scares me.

It's been a very busy few months. We're renewing our vows on the 29th and I don't have a dress that fits. I'm going to see if the one I really love can be let out a bit, but I'm very stressed about that. If I buy another dress, it would be the 5th. I'm going to consign all the ones that don't fit. I'm also waiting on the final copy of the ceremony.

My mom was reunited with her sister who was adopted as a child. They were separated when my mom's sister was very young. My mom was a lot older. She was raised from then on by her grandmother while her 2 sisters were taken away. She wants to have a family reunion of sorts, not exactly a reunion since a lot of us never met her. It happened because my aunt, the other sister, died recently. My mom and she had reconnected in the 60s when they were both adults and remained fairly close.

My in-laws told us when they are coming up next month. I wish they spoke to us about the dates before they booked the hotel, but we'll make it work.
