I have heard about this for but I can't find a website for it! this is the 3 time I have forgot untill 1am to take my eveing pill and it really messes me up I know a text would keep me in line and wouldnt have to keep on asking my bf and famliy did I take that pill? cuz really like there watching..anyway info would be great thanks

i have a person on this site that sends me a morning reminder to take my meds, she has been very faithful and has kept me a constant reminder to take my morning med cause i just forget to or cant remember if i did! ask for someone to remind you!

the alarm mite work but normal with my cell if I set it to the moring time* when I get up* it will take away the nite time one and I prolly will forget to set it..I have asked people to remided me but they dont away rember! theres only one pill have I have to take in the eveing on the weekends I ask my bf but we end up going out sumwere and he forgets or I really dont want him to say infront of everyone Hey did u take that pill cuz that just brings on 1000 and one what the pill for

I carry extra doses of meds with me. You can either set the alarm on your phone or buy an inexpensive watch with an alarm. Other than skywriting it for you, I can't think of anything else. :)

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
