Yup. It made me gain a lot of weight. Hated it.

Helped me sleep for a few weeks and gain weight, then stopped working. I no longer take it; however, I know someone who takes it successfully as part of her med regime, and it really helps her. Doctors often add it either for sleep or to treat patients who are only partial responders or treatment resistant. Good luck Reds xxo

Unfortunately there are so many medications for bi-polar that cause weight gain. That was one of them!! I hope you find something that will work for you!! Hugs

It made me very sick. I couldn't even move my eyes without getting dizzy

Yikes! I don't really want or need the weight gain. My p doc prescribed it for my anxiety/insomnia.

I know a lot of docs RX it for a sleeping med as opposed to a particular BP med.
