These last couple of months or so I've really been worried that I might do something stupid even though I know that it's wrong. I'm just feeling so F'ed up that I just can't be sure what I'll do.
Trying not to whine here folks, just looking for a couple of messages of interest to read to put me on the right track.
Sorry I can't get into any reason for all this but I don't want to get into my financial and living arrangement worries. They've got me in a tizzy though.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

A couple of months is quite a while to not be in a well state open.... Perhaps it's time to see your doc??
Big hug for you....xo
i don't have any advice, but i want you to know that i care.
i hope you start feeling better real soon
If you have been feeling this way for a couple of months, it might be time to see your Pdoc
I wish you luck and hope you feel better soon
You are stronger than you think and there are answers out there. It is just difficult to comment without knowing which direction to go. (((((((((Hugs)))))))) and hoping you find the answer. As the others said, if the thoughts are dangerous to your well being, a visit to your pdoc is best. xo
There is hope, things will get better but you have to try different treatments.
Feel better!
Just know we're here for you.. a call/trip to the pdoc may help . They may be able to tweak your meds, and help you get over this bump..
Take care of you. It CAN get better
I see my pdoc in a couple of weeks but I have to get off my butt and do something myself as well. It takes more than drugs to get my ass out of this predicament I think.

Try to not project negative outcomes for the future .
Write down what's bothering you and solutions may become more clear .
If you have someone you can confide in talk to them and get their opinion .
Write down every solution you can think of .
Set aside a specific time for worrying and try not to dwell on it during the rest of the day.
Think twice before acting out .
Avoid the just fuck it solutions .
Set some time aside each day and do something that is comforting to you .
We are much stronger than we think .
I hope I helped , be strong , and be kind to yourself .
