Really crappy day

I got verbally beat up on by someone I trusted. They really turned on me and I'm kinda numb. Guess that's better than feeling the pain. I've been going without one of my meds - can't get in to see the pdoc (long story) so my anxiety is really getting out of control. And I have work and life stresses building up and I really don't want to deal with any of it. I just took a hot bath and am drinking tea but I still feel shaky inside. Any kind words would really help right now....

Wow sorry it sounds like a pretty bad day. But I think you are doing the right thing by relaxing. Just take easy and hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Look at it this way: You're only going to have a finite number of really crappy days in your lifetime. And you just got rid of one of them!!! Good riddance to it!!!

I used to war with a friend who has OCD. I know how it is.....Hot baths, aromatherapy..a theraputic time to yourself will help you feel better-Try some audiobooks and hot chocolate, aromatherapy.....If I could get my ADHD/Bipolar butt together, I would just have one day to myself to recover. You will find, after a day of audiobooks, a hot bath, good, cozy DVD's and a craft of some kind, that you will be clear headed enough to tackle what you need to........

I had to stay at the house and SLEEP for three days over TG just to avoid the hospital...so I know how it goes.....

Anyhoo-Conflicts will happen. Most interestingly, some conflicts will eventually come out in the wash and you gain friends. This has happened to me twice. Then too, sometimes, we lose friends....that part is HARD........
