Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

Oops, there I go again.
I understand, I have similar issues. I solved that problem by being a total hermit (not-so-LOL)
I think that trying to understand our triggers helps us check our reactions. I'm trying to work on my relationship trigger; it's tough so I hear ya, manz.
I am a trained police officer so I'm like
"bring it on". I was getting gas one time and this big man had his stereo blasting. I told him to turn it down and that no one wanted to hear his music. He ignored me. So, I said it again and he closed his door. I hate loud noise. I also hate strong perfume.
I have come awful close to saying something to women while shopping but instead I walk away. So, I have to practice extreme control out in public at times.
I went on a 6 month kick where I was constantly posting to threads simply to correct people's spelling and grammar. Yeah, I was a real douche.
Some of us get wild hairs more often than others. I will be taking anger management classes next month. I am more likely to say things in person than online. I take the internet about as seriously as a video game. I used to get really emotionally involved, but then I got a clue. I care about people on here and would never try to hurt anyone, but come on, it's the INTERNET not real life.
