Hey yall. I am rapid cycling like hell. I know my marijuana use of night before last and my alcohol from last night are not helping the matter a bit. I have a craving for something tonight. Anything to take my mind off of my feelings-even the ole standby risque behavior. One minute I feel dead inside like there is no sunshine but anxious and full of energy and the next I can laugh and make jokes and such. I have not slept eight hours total in the last two days. No appetite much at all. I am set to see my pdoc soon though I can't remember exactly when. I will call in the morning and see. Dammit man. I have just been stable on my meds for two fucking months. Why now?? Already?? Send me good thoughts please. Love and hugs to everybody. Thanks.

dang certain phases w/in cycle pattren of BP.
I enjoy phase where I get house cleaned and car washed & waxed and yard mowed twice and/or pressure wash the house and deck,lol
darn OVC home shopping network and dark circle that appear underneath our eyes.
It would be nice if there was at 30ty days inbetween ea phase. instead of going directly into another phase.
I dislike phase where I have no physical entergy but at least dark circles under my eyes disappear.

I hope that you become stable soon. I know how you feel I have rapid cycle also. There isn't enough pot to calm me down and smooth me out. Thank God for meds, I just wish they would start working. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Thanks Jan and Thalo. I am feeling alot better now. Trying to get wound down so I can try to get a little sleep. Tomorrow is first day of school here and my daughter is going to be senior. I have always taken her to and from school. She has never ridden the bus. Hubby and I had some quality time together and I think that helped more than anything to put me back together again. Hugs gals.

Please do yourself a favor and stay off the booze and pot. That will screw with your meds faster than anything. You will eventually become progressively dependent on it and you can't live like that. I know it's VERY hard when you are rapid cycling especially. Not a judgment call just years of experience. If you get a med change, let it take it's course before you even think about poisoning your body with that stuff. I know it's terribly frustrating and I hope you feel better very soon! Good luck! Also, have faith that the right meds can be found to help your BP. It took me a long time but I can finally be at some peace with it now. My life is still hard but the BP IS managable now. xx

Iwas a cycler and found out my anti-depressants were the cause of it. Went down to lithium and cypralex and it is a whole new world.

you are in my thoughts as well... i rapid cycle alot too... and it comes w/o warning... and i hate it ... i take extra klonopins ... call my counselor... tell somebody... whoever will listen... i think that you are doing what you need to do... it is very frustrating to me to rapid cycle... and never knowing what will be... and learning to go with the flow is most difficult... i am glad that you had the amount of stability that you did... that is cool... hope you mellow out very soon... hugzzz and good luck... :)
