But I will. I have ALL of the children in the family and not a few of the adults convinced that I have ESP. I get these feelings about things I shouldn't know and I am usually/always right. My mother was the same way. She always knew when someone was sick.
However, I couldn't be delusional because "I" know I don't have ESP.
Go ahead and test me. I can tell you what you are thinking right now.
I don't think the two are related.
Psychosis exists, I'm not sure psychic abilities do.
Everyone has their share of spooky co-incidences. But then when you think about probabilities they turn out just to be co-incidences.
You might think it's significant that I got a zero sized object - that the universe is trying to stop me posting my reply.
But then I think about all the other times I get zero sized object and realise it has now significance.
One I saw in the 80's said I would get married,..have 2 step kids and move to a Harbor area, lots of water, maybe Boston Harbor. I told her I don't want kids and never will.
She said I will change my mind. I said "you're full of shit".
30 years later I met Jason....,moved to Benton Harbor Michigan, got married to him and his 2 children. When I realized it had come true the hair on my arms stood up.
Yeah, they're real...but not all of them. A lot are fakes. The good ones you find out about through word of mouth.
I believe there are people out there with psychic abilities but few and far between. I did go to a shaman once who was raised by shamans and he told me a lot that did come true. Things he couldn't have known or guessed by probabilities.
When I was in 5th grade, my mother called the nurse's office to see if I was there and if I was okay. I wasn't there. The nurse was a little confused. Then, about 15 minutes later, I had fallen on a jungle gym and smashed my face against a metal bar. I lost teeth and was bloody all over my face and head. The nurse immediately called my mother and left a message on her answering machine. My mother was already on her way over. Weird, huh?
Stewie???
We know you are there.
Wish I could muster the knowledge some of you people have shown from your posts on the subject. One thing I will say when I stop controlling my life and allowing things to happen as they are suppose to happen, that is when life becomes more enjoyable. Does that make sense? I like being powerless. Which is an aspect of psychic awareness - is it not? Psychosis experience is a more a mental health issue. But I do believe they can be closely linked depending on the psychosis behaviour being carried out.
Please feel free to add more stuff on this topic.
