I'm supposed to be writing a list of traits I feel are positive about myself for my therapist. At the moment I can't come up with anything; but I'm hoping I get some ideas from what other people consider their good traits and the positives in their lives. So what are your positive traits? What are the good things in you that you rely on?

take my meds
start over again

i need a lift been down sooooooooo long now i am back up
