I've been doing really good with my mood swings. Then yesterday I started feeling off. Now I'm just plain depressed. I know its most likely just Pms... but for the women out there: Does your Pms effect your moods more drastically, do you think, than women without bipolar?

Shlay -- YES! Your hormones drop significantly before your period, and it has serious mood impacts. I have found this the most difficult time for me.

My pdoc is a research psychiatrist and it's one of those things that she has learned.

I had some surgery and haven't had my period in about almost 5 years. I know I still ovulate, so I probably have PMS, but I don't know when. Maybe that accounts for some of my major mood swings.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
