I took it for about 2 1/2 months, 25 mg at first then 50mg - it made me sleepy, which was good, but then it kept me so physically 'down' that I couldn't even walk to the Bathroom, let alone outside, while it was fully in my system. My heart had to work too hard and pounded and raced for 4 out of 6 hours after I took it during the daytime. So I couldn't go to the bathroom in the middle of the night because of that, and I couldn't go out in the mornings until after 11AM. I thought it was ME (you might remember my posts about it back in January/Feb), that I was Truly dying or something - had to use a wheelchair when crossing the street or going somewhere - but once I stopped it and the Seroquel got out of my system, I went back to normal.
Still means I have anxiety/panic attacks sometimes, but at least I can WALK.
On the plus side, I did NOT gain any weight with the Seroquel (too scared to eat! LOL)
