I found out a few hours ago that I have arthritis in my spine. The doctor himself called me a few hours after my MRI. I was realllllly bummed out when I heard the doctor say that, but I am coping well now.
My dad and my friend/neighbor really cheered me up! I'm so lucky to have a good friend in my life that can make me laugh when I feel like crying. Even luckier that she lives right next door to me!
So, got some bad news the past two months- But I'm going strong!
Right now I'm on Spotify and singing my heart out. I may have a shit ton of medical and mental problems, but at least I have air in my lungs today.

Be sure to let your doctors know about the bipolar. One of the best treatments for arthritis is prednisone, but that medicine can also cause pretty bad agitation or mania in many people. Just a heads up. There are plenty of other alternatives to try. Hugs!
