NEVER get involved in couples drama, be it friend, family, whatever. youll always end up the bad guy. you have to let her know that you will not continue to be her wingman/woman and it makes u uncomfortable because you dont want to lose her or her BF in the process. being roomates is far more important than being her fallguy/girl. it can lead to more distressing issues like if things get heated, trying to find a new roomate, which can lead to court about breaking the lease.. u know where im going with this. it would b fk up to lose a friend/roomate into apartment drama that may get out of hand and could have been prevented.

tell her to handle her business like a woman who is engaged and to really ask herself if it is time for her to get married. its not your problem. you got to tell her you wont do it again cause you dont want to jepordize your friendship over her insecurities. it may sound harsh but this is you life too. it goes way beyond friendship at this point when her shenanagans start to push up into YOUR life in a negative way. put your big girl shirt on and tell her!!

and also dealing with BP during this time gots to be a big trigger. do they know ur BP? some ppl get so caught up in their own life they forget about others. i bet if you let her know how really messed up this makes you feel maybe she'll listen.

tell her in a nice way, at home, just you two. maybe a glass of wine, or make you twos favorite snack or order out and just talk about it like old times. good luck to you!

"Boundaries"....set them and stick with them. You have values and have to be up front with her about them. It sounds as though you fear if you dont do what she asks, she wont be your friend anymore, but she is not acting like a "true" friend. Do what you have to do for you and be "upfront".

I tend to agree with reply #1. Try to distance yourself from this if possible. More often than non, when a 3rd party gets involved, chaos will usually follow.

Am a big flurt and I love to dance and my man knows at the end of night am going home w him ( my man). apparently this is common since songs have been writen and hit the top 10 rateing about woman flurting but at end of night they reject all and go home w thier own husband.

The next time she tries to get you to lie for her just tell her that it is unfair for her to put you in that kind of a position and that you are not going to let her do that. If she gets mad then so be it. She will get over it but she will try doing it to you again at some point and will see nothing wrong with it (manipulative people are like that) so stick to your boundaries. Then you will see where the friendship goes and you just might find you have outgrown such childishness in a friend.

Your best bet is try not to get in the middle of her stuff, I know she'll try to pull you back in. Just let her know that you are NOT her middle man erm...woman, she is a big girl and do her own dirty work.
