This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

jfulk
I'm feeling pretty normal, so this isn't anything other than venting some good old frustration. But seriously...how much crap can we pile on good old jfulk?! That's what it feels like right now.
I just moved to a new city from my hometown where I've lived my entire life! I got married and have a new stepson (who is a great, but very active kid.) I took early occupancy of the house I am purchasing. The loan is taking extra time to go through and the sellers are impatient. Now, we're trying to get an extension on the contract so we can continue to live there until the closing.
I'm stressed because it's possible that they will let the contract expire and then I have to scramble to find a place to live. The expenses of moving and initial expense in setting up utilities, etc. have piled on and money is not as readily available.
I was in a car accident yesterday where (thank God) no one was hurt, but it was still an inconvenience.
My wife is stressing and it makes me feel very bad and it puts a strain on us. This is not a healthy way to start out a marriage.
My daughter is having some trouble adjusting to my living here and with two new people, so I'm trying to be caring and loving and strong.
The bottom line is that I have to be strong and calm for EVERYONE! I know there's worse problems in the world. The good news is that I have gainful employment where I make a decent salary. I love my wife and my children and I have supportive family and friends. But seriously, it feels like I am juggling and any minute the balls are going to fall.
Ughh...I just had to vent that. I think I'm fine and my meds are working. Last week, I couldn't handle anything and felt very down. At least this week, I'm moving with a clear head and picture of what's ahead of me.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

That's a LOT of stressful stuff, all the way around!!
I hope your financing goes through just fine and very soon, too!!
You and your wife should definitely 'be strong' for all the kids, but I hope that you can both lean on each other a bit.
'A burden shared is a burden halved'.
(Actually, I think that's a bit of an overstatement. I don't thinks it's 'halved'. But I do think it helps a bit.)
I hope venting here released a tiny bit of the pressure you're under!!!
Good luck with everything!!!! All of you!!
I do feel better and I have a sense of calm right now. Whatever happens, I know that I've done all I could. I will have a roof over mine and my families head regardless and we will all be ok. I think it's just time for me to know what my fate is going to be...ha!
Might I add:
Let Go....
I I pray/hope and know everything will work out for you and yours.
I also agree with Eulen... These are the times that you need to lean on each other.. . Share the burden and comfort...xo
