I feel like I am going a little crazy lately. I'm seeing things. I feel like I am being attacked by something that I don't believe exists. I am truly a skeptic , and I have dis-regarded these feelings before. I have knocked them off as nightmares , or delusions. I've felt my heart beat through my chest and get the sudden chills and it has scared me , but last night was the icing on the cake. I was laying in my bed, AWAKE watching Kick-Ass when I felt something literally drain my energy and then with a voice clear as day say "Hello" to me right next to my ear. I jumped out of my bed and ran out of the bedroom and was awake all night. After it happened I felt every hair on my body stand up and a sudden weakness I couldn't explain. So , beings I was so frightened I called a friend and of course she thinks I am just going crazy , but I swear this was real. So I did a little more research and saw that spirits supposedly can cause fever , chills , and digestive problems which is even more interesting because for the past 4 days I have had problems with diarrhea. I don't know what to do. I'm in my room now sitting here and something doesn't feel right. I guess I'm just scared. Does anyone else have any paranormal experiences , or believe that there is a connection to bp's and negative energy?

Im afraid I dont know anything about it.. sounds like a frightening experience.. if you are sure your meds are on track and this isn't anything to do with our disorder...there are so many things out there that are strange and or miraculous phenomenon I have no doubt..x

I don't think it sounds psychotic. My niece and her boyfriend watched paranormal activity and they were so scared she went over to her mother's house. Her husband was afraid to use the bathroom by himself.

Do you have a friend or a relative you could stay with for a day or two? When I've watched something really scared I may be afraid for a while, but usually in a couple of days it wears off.

my 2 cents - before you fear the paranormal, i would look into a possible bout of psychosis. i say this cause i've had the same sorta things as well - feelings of hot or cold, feelings of unexplained intense panic, loud sharp voices, shadow people at the edges of my peripheral vision - only in my case i thought they were demons ready to drag me to Hell.

i think i'd check in with yr docs on this - particularly if its happeneing with greater frequency.

I have had sensations like those that you've described before aside from hearing any voices or seeing anything, it could be something other than psychosis. I am an empathic medium and i can sense the energies that people put out around me, I have had strange things happen around me things that are not attributed to my Bp and I do believe very much that there is another plane other than ours. Of course, don't rule out the possibility of it being something other than paranormal either. Feel free to message me if you need to chat, take care (((hugs)))

I hear voices and se shadow people and have hallucinations....with that said I also believe in the paranormal. I have had experiences in places where people have dies and especially at a hospice house. I do not believe in negative energy towards bpers in particularly. Some experiences can leave a person drained and the body react with this energy but not for days like you have. I always say leave your mind open to such things don't shut the door so quickly until you have experienced what others have experienced....

I have been seeing shadow people too , and I know that it could be psychosis , but I am taking my meds and aside from the usual depression I feel fine. This to me just seems not* like a symptom. I am not a religious person but I'll tell you what. After last night I may be a little more open to it,. I don't know who to talk to about this. My parents know I was up all night last night and I got bitched out for it today...I dont wanna be up all night tonight.
